Our all natural levain sourdough is made lovingly by hand, over the course of 3 days.  With a bulk fermentation of 20 hours, the right balance of sweet and acidic notes are achieved.  A crisp caramelized crust with a soft, open crumb structure on the inside, our campagne sourdough is awesome for toasting and making sandwiches.

  • Wheat flour, water, rye flour, salt, caraway seeds. (That's it!)

    *As we are a small home-based artisanal kitchen, all products may have come in contact with other allergens that we use in the kitchen such as wheat flour, dairy, eggs, tree nuts, peanuts, and seeds.
