Closer to a Montreal-style bagel, these sourdough bagels have a chewy sweet crust with a softer centre, and are smothered in our house-made Everything topping. Roasted garlic and fresh rosemary are added into the dough before being hand rolled, cold fermented overnight, then boiled in a molasses and honey bath before baking.
These bagels freeze well and are excellent toasted for sandwiches.
